Sarah Ryan

Associate Solicitor

Sarah joined the firm in 2016, having previously worked in Holmes O’Malley Sexton Solicitors, Limerick where she gained extensive experience in all aspects of Family and Child Law.

 

Sarah is an experienced Advocate with extensive knowledge of the Court system. Sarah specialises in the area of Family Law and  deals with all types of Family law cases including divorce, judicial separation, nullity, the financial consequences of marital breakdown, pensions, recognition of foreign divorces, co-habitation and non-marital relationships, domestic violence, issues concerning children such as custody, access, guardianship and child abduction, paternity disputes and maintenance.  Sarah is an experienced Advocate with extensive knowledge of the Court system.

 

Sarah also has extensive experience in the area of Public Law where she is responsible for advising TUSLA (The Child and Family Agency) on all aspects of Child Law to include Child Protection, Education Welfare and Juvenile Justice.
