Adrian is a consultant solicitor in Dermot G. O’Donovan Solicitors in the litigation department. He joined the firm as a solicitor’s apprentice in 1981. Adrian qualified as a solicitor in 1983.

 

He has extensive experience of District Court and Circuit Court advocacy in addition to having appeared in his capacity as a solicitor in the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court and Supreme Court.  Adrian works extensively in the area of Civil Litigation in which brings him before the Circuit Court and the High Court on a regular basis.  Adrian also has a wealth of experience in dealing with road traffic offences and is regularly in attendance the District Court representing clients.

 

He has 34 years post qualification experience of all aspects of law relating to personal injuries in Ireland. He has specialist knowledge in relation to medical negligence. He has extensive experience as a Court advocate in the District Court and Circuit Court particularly in relation to Road Traffic Law.

 

He has also acted on behalf of TUSLA formerly H.S.E. in Care Orders, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Variation/Discharge of Orders, Applications to the High Court for Orders dispensing with consent for medical treatment.
